Which one is the one FOR YOU?
“The One”, our original and firstborn is a classic.
Use this band for all exercises like Hip Thrusts and Side Walks (abductions) but can be experienced a little too heavy for beginner exercises.
“The Little One”, same size (around the legs) as the “The One” but not as wide, which makes it an even more versatile band, less resistance but more than enough for your booty to thank you.
Use this band when recovering from an injury or when you’re completely new to strength training. A tip: Don’t be fooled by the name of this product, this band can be used for upper body workouts too, or floor-work like Kick Back’s and Clamshells.
“The Middle One” & “The Long One”, born in times of COVID-19 where working, gymming, dining, wining and sleeping in one space is “the new normal” we decided to add some extra bands with an even wider spectrum of use. Both bands have the same width as “The Little One” but longer.
Use these bands to add some extra resistance to weighted exercises, back and arm exercises like Seated Rows, Upright Rows, or banded Push-Ups but also very compatible with bodyweight exercises like a banded Deadlift, Goodmorning or to strap yourself to a Hip Thrust bench when the gyms are threatening to close down again.
