To know your size, measure the circumference around your knee joint. Want a normal fit for weightlifting and regular workouts? Choose standard. Want an extra tight fit for more towards powerlifting? Choose a tight fit!
 
Sizing:
measure your around your calves and quads 15cm under and above your knee, add the two numbers together and devide by 2.
 
For example, cm calf is 36, cm quad is 44, together makes 80. Devide by two is 40.
Choose medium for a tight fit, most suitabe for lower reps, higher weights.
Choose large for a more comfortable fit, most suitable for heavy workouts and olympic weightlifting.
