BÚTY workshop (kick-off online program may)

this workshop is for everyone who wants to know more about how to use your band and train your glutes effectively!  this workshop is also the kick-off for the BÚTY program that will go live on monday may 4. 

if you bought a band between march 15 and april 30, your first month of the online program is for free. after that it will be 14,95 per month. 

the majority of the excercises explained in the workshop will be in your program.
