the clinics are finally back, we are here for it & you are invited! out with the home workouts, in with the gym and all it’s exercises and equipment!

want to know exactly how to use and abuse your booty in the gym? 

every clinic we will go through other exercises, how to set them up, how to progress them and how to coach them.

last clinic we focused on sumo deadlifts, hip thrusts and lunges.

this clinic we will focus more on kickbacks, different hip bridges and hip extensions.

a workshop packed with information, different exercises, how to do and how not to do them,

Q&A and a workout with DJ to implement what you’ve learned. to let the peach be lit 🔥

afterwards you will receive a 6-week program to take home, you will be invited to join and discuss your workouts in the member-area of ANIMALU. sent is your videos for feedback, questions and more.

this clinic is available for everyone, no need to be a VondelGym-member.

we wil start with a presentation, into some technique work, back to the whiteboard for more info, questions and going through your 12-week program. and we will finish with the first workout of your program. did we mention there will be a DJ? yes we did! make sure to wear your flyest work-outfit, it will be a vibe!
